Policies & Payments
I work directly for my clients, and not for their insurance companies or managed care programs. In most cases, I require payment up front, and that you bill your insurer. This allows for truer confidentiality of service. Other inherent limits to confidentiality will be discussed during our first session, and further reviewed whenever necessary.
Rates
My rates at this time are $200/hr in all office locations.
I accept clients on a fee-for-service basis. A sliding fee scale is offered for those in need.
Insurance
Clients who have insurance which accepts out of network providers will see me, pay up front and submit the Superbill that I provide them to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
I have a limited number of Medicare slots for persons in need, and will bill Medicare accordingly if any of these are available.
